Sometimes to take new customer is not necessary, specially at busy times. However if we clean few houses in one street and another come available to take on, we would go for it as that make sense.We were cleaning windows at Lansdown, while one of the neighbours came out and ask how much we would charge to clean his property. We thought what a good opportunity to take a new customer just right next to our job. Later on we have agreed on price and frequency of our visit and made such good deal.
